PlungePalz was born from a simple observation: cold plunging is transformative, but it's also challenging to maintain consistency without support and accountability. Our Founder, a passionate cold plunge enthusiast himself, experienced firsthand how much easier and fun it became cold plunging with others. Strava did it for runners, PlungePalz is for cold plungers.
We've combined the power of social connection with practical tracking tools and gamification elements to create an app that makes cold plunging more engaging and sustainable.
